1. Overview
This website is operated by TryWonderBaby, a trading name of Carthage Commerce Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our store and to every purchase you make from us. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations in handmade or plush items are normal. If a product isn't as described, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Using our products safely
Many of our products are made for babies and young children. Always follow the instructions and age guidance that come with each product, and always supervise children while they use our products. Our products are designed to support and comfort, but no product can prevent every fall or injury, and they are not a substitute for adult supervision. Our products are not medical devices.
5. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Products may sell out or be discontinued at any time. If we make a pricing or listing error, we may cancel any affected order and refund you in full, even after you've received an order confirmation.
6. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there's an error in the listing. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
8. Reviews and content you share
If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you confirm it's yours to share and give us permission to use it, free of charge, on our store and marketing. We may remove content that's unlawful, offensive or misleading.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our store, including text, images, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to TryWonderBaby or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our store. This includes attempting to hack or disrupt it, using it for fraud or any unlawful purpose, or scraping its content.
11. Third-party links and services
Our store may link to or use services provided by third parties. We're not responsible for their content, products or practices.
12. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind other than those required by law or stated in our policies.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryWonderBaby will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TryWonderBaby harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our store.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country or US state where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
